Flower is just ok and usually is absolutely nothing like what is supposed to be. They really should just be naming their own stuff to not give false expectations.
Great operation. Even when there's a long line it moves fast and you can pre-order which can save a lot of time during peak hours. If the regular line is shorter just switch over and cancel your pre-order. They also tell you upfront when something is in limited supply, so you don't get too disappointed or waste your time. Parking can be difficult, but I've always found a spot nearby.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My first trip to NETA was when I had a terrible migraine and the associate was so sweet and the strain she recommended definitely helped my symptoms. Even the customers in line were friendly and trying to help with recommendations since I was struggling. I have been several times since then and am always impressed. It gets really busy and there is often a long line for non-medical patients (Note: avoid going on weekends nights!). However, they are very well organized and move the lines along efficiently without compromising the customer’s experience at check out.
Huge selection of diffrent things, quality is real good
This place gives me anxiety, but has decent flower. Would recommend to anyone who doesnt mind crowds.
In many respects, NETA has set the bar in Massachusetts. Great grow facility in Franklin, two well-run shops, and a sophisticated operation that has been well thought out. I do wish they carried more types of flower, but I am never disappointed overall. The staff is great too!
